I.D. Honing Services Parts

At CT Hone, Inc., we specialize in precision I.D. honing, performing in line, vertical and horizontal honing, as well as off-set, key-ways, pipes, tubes, molds, and much more.  Working with a variety of metals (e.g. alloy steels, aluminum, beryllium) and plastics, we can provide a 4 microfinish, depending on the materials involved.  We can meet extremely tight tolerances of + .00005" and comply with industry standards such as AS, GE and ISO to provide total customer satisfaction.

Our commitment to quality and detail has earned us clients in a variety of industries, such as aerospace, industrial, marine, medical, oil & gas and more.  We work on everything from valves and spindles, to aircraft components.  Secondary services include grinding and inspections, which are carried out in our climate controlled, state-of-the-art facility in Plainville, CT.  We are comfortable with rush jobs but typically require lead times of at least 7 business days, with advanced notice.

Additional details on our precision honing services can be found in the table below or you can Contact Us to learn more.
